Service Providers :   We may employ independent contractors, vendors and suppliers (collectively, “Outside Contractors”) to provide specific services and products related to our service or information, such as tax preparation and planning, customer care (call, and support centers), back office management, research and knowledge processing; managed hosting and maintenance of our service or information – servers (rented, leased or co-located), VOIP, data storage, fraud screening, and developing applications for our Service, Information, websites or e-mail accounts. In the course of providing products or services to us, these outside contractors may sometimes have limited access to information collected on the Service, including personally identifiable information. We sign Confidentiality Agreement with these outside contractors and require that these contractors  protect the privacy of personally identifiable information consistent with this Privacy Policy, and not use or disclose Information of Values Tax or personally identifiable information of any Persons using Values Tax Service or Information for any purpose other than providing us with the products or services for which we contracted and without written consent being obtained from us for usage or such information, either directly or indirectly.
